No, not unless you specifically want me to do so and not without prior arrangement.
Not usually. Normally I receive documents or instructions and complete them on my own practice management system before sending them back to you. Alternatively, you can send me the blank document templates you wish me to use, and I can work with them.
Like all lawyers, I have systems in place to ensure confidentiality of all information received. Prior to taking on any matters I would conduct a conflict check.
This will depend on the type of work you wish to engage me to do. I will charge at either an agreed hourly rate or a negotiated fixed fee. I prefer to agree on the fees up front, so you have price certainty.
By booking an initial consultation with me, discussing and agreeing fees, and providing me with the documents required. We can do this by phone or video call or, in some cases, in your own offices.
Payment terms can be negotiated but would generally be within 14 days of the issue of an invoice.
If a fixed fee is agreed, it will include any changes and amendments.
I may take on a small number of private clients, however I prefer to focus my energies on the strategic priorities of my client firms.
